How do I track my order? 

You will be able to track your order once we send you the tracking information via email. See: Tracking
When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out according to the shipping option you select on check out. See full details here: Shipping.

Why is my tracking number invalid?

The tracking information normally appears after 2-3 business days following dispatch.

Can I return an Item?
Yes, only if there is a fault with the item. You can see full details here: Returns
I only received one of my items I ordered, when will I get the rest?

We sometimes send out items at different times, as they may be sourced from different warehouses. If this happens, please be patient as we will send you the separate tracking information

How do I change my shipping address?

In the event that you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service Department at outfitmade.com/contact as early as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request.

 

If the package has not been processed for dispatch yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping rates?
We ship worldwide. We offer free shipping and other shipping options, for more details see: Shipping
Why was I refunded?

We refund some orders when the shipping address is not verified on Paypal. For example in some cases Paypal may see the transaction as high risk if you use a different shipping address then the one registered with the credit card used.

In some cases we may be out of stock on a particular item that you purchased, if this happens we will notify you and refund you for the item.

I was refunded, but I haven't seen it yet?

Once we refund a transaction, it can then take up to 10 days for Paypal to fully process the refund back to your payment method.

What currecny do you accept?

Can I model your products?

We send out items to some customers, if and only if they have previously purchased items and modeled them before.
