Shipping & Returns
Processing and production of your order will begin during the next business day after payment is received. It may take up to two additional business days for your order to complete production and be shipped. Delivery times can be found for each shipping type below.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Please note that the delivery times are only a guideline and you should only contact us about the status of your delivery if it has been longer than 4 weeks.
1. After submitting your order, you will receive a order confirmation e-mail This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely got into your junk mail, so make sure you check your email carefully.
2. Once your order is shipped you will recieve another email giving you a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your package online!

Every product is made to order just for you. Our products advertised on the site are as closely matched to the actual product. Due to screen color differences we can not promise exact image matching from computer screen to products received Because they are custom made products, we do not facilitate returns or refunds unless you receive a faulty product.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us: myoutfitmade.com/contact within 14 days of receipt to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.
Please note that faulty products will need to be checked via photos and the final decision will be at the discretion of our quality control team.
